1. Scope
This policy explains how we handle information when you visit practicegrowth.tech, contact us, book a call, or use a client onboarding experience. Client data processed within systems we build or manage is also governed by the applicable services agreement and any data-processing terms.
2. Information we collect
We may collect:
- contact and practice details submitted through enabled forms or booking surfaces;
- the content of messages, calls, texts, chats, and booking requests;
- source and campaign attribution associated with an inquiry;
- closed-client onboarding inputs stored in the private onboarding system;
- asset links and the canonical client workspace-folder link;
- technical and usage information such as IP address, browser, device, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps; and
- information received from enabled service providers or public sources.
Do not submit sensitive end-client financial, tax, account, or portfolio information through public website forms or demonstration surfaces.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule conversations, operate the website, maintain contacts and opportunities, conduct closed-client onboarding, deliver contracted work, provide approved communications, understand site performance, maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
4. Systems and service providers
- GHL / LeadConnector may handle public contacts, inquiries, bookings, attribution, opportunities, nurture, and sales operations.
- Baserow stores structured closed-client onboarding inputs and the canonical Google Drive workspace-folder link. It is not the public lead or sales-pipeline system of record.
- Google Drive stores client asset files and generated workspace documents according to the onboarding workflow.
- Cloudflare supports hosting, delivery, and security functions.
- Telnyx supports enabled Reception AI voice demonstrations and calling.
- Other enabled processors may support analytics, email, SMS, calling, or consent management.
5. Cookies and analytics
We may use necessary, functional, and analytics technologies. Where required, non-essential technologies load only after consent. Visitors can use available preference controls and browser settings to change their choices.
6. Communications
If you provide contact information and applicable consent, we may send responsive or marketing communications through approved channels. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts and HELP for help. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Email messages include an unsubscribe method where required.
7. Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the site and deliver services, when required by law or to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.
8. Retention and security
We retain information for the period reasonably needed for the purposes described here, contractual requirements, dispute resolution, and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it as appropriate. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
