Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to and use of practicegrowth.tech (the “Site”), operated by Practice Growth LLC (“PracticeGrowth.tech,” “PGT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), 1452 Hughes Rd Suite 200, Grapevine, TX 76051, US. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. The Site and services

PGT provides done-for-you AI Websites, AI Assistants, and CRM & Automation for accounting and financial practices. The Site is an informational and marketing resource. Any client engagement is governed by a separate written services agreement, which controls the contracted services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use the Site.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Site unlawfully, disrupt or compromise it, attempt unauthorized access, harvest data without permission, misuse forms or communication surfaces, or infringe the rights of others.

5. Reception AI and workflow materials

Reception AI is the only assistant offered as a live conversational demonstration. The browser and phone experiences provide general information and workflow examples, not professional advice. The typed Reception experience is a guided workflow, not live AI text.

Do not share sensitive personal, financial, tax, account, portfolio, or end-client information through public forms or demonstration surfaces.

6. No professional advice

Site content and workflow examples are general information and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice or create a professional-client relationship.

7. Communications

When you provide contact information, we may send responsive communications. Marketing calls, texts, or emails are sent only under applicable consent and channel rules. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts and HELP for help. Email messages include an unsubscribe method where required.

8. Intellectual property

The Site and its content are owned by or licensed to Practice Growth LLC and protected by applicable law. We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view the Site for informational purposes. Client deliverable ownership is governed by the applicable services agreement.

9. Third-party services

The Site may use or link to third-party providers, including GHL / LeadConnector, Cloudflare, Telnyx, a private closed-client onboarding system, and Google Drive for client assets and workspace documents. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Examples and workflow materials do not promise specific rankings, revenue, response times, bookings, or other outcomes.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Practice Growth LLC and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Practice Growth LLC harmless from claims and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. This page shows the current effective date.
